Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of delivery. Please return the item(s) unworn and with their tags and packaging. Jewelry, make-up, skin care, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (unless the items are damaged or faulty). We will email you once the returned item(s) have been received at our warehouse and your refund has been processed. Please note that you are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.

How to return an item
- Fill in the return code and quantity you are returning
- Make sure to include the return note with the item(s) you are returning
- Reuse the original package
- Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label. If you don’t have a return label, contact customerservice@nyden.com and we’ll send you one.

1. Size didn’t fit
2. Damaged or faulty
3. Other color than expected
4. Not what I expected
5. Wrong goods delivered
6. Delay in delivery
